One and half months break from track workouts and here’s what it results into: 6.52, 6.57, 6.58, 7.00. Avg c. 3.29/km. Huge calf pain after the first one that certainly took secs away from the rest. Otherwise I’m going quite strong. Been doing the hills like before, logging most of the mileage from hard ascents and descents. Black Mountain Trail training PB is now 1.34 sharp. I haven’t raced for a while so I’m looking for some action for the coming weeks.
