Maximum power

Yesterday another round of speeding in Leppävaara with Jari. First a 9.49 3K (3.19 - 3.15 - 3.15) on inva track, then 5 times a modest 1.45-1.50 uphill. I was quite exhausted at the end. Legs are ok.
