I make medicine sick

My iPod was found in a washing machine – after washing. So it is now the property of my 1-yerd old son.

No problem, advice I logged into apple.com and ordered a new one. I chose this special red-cross version with 8GB. Free laser encraving? Hmm.. Ok. Let me see, thumb a good sports quote? Ali! It must be Ali…. so the only thing was to find a suitable for the small space in the back of an iPod nano. I settled with the medicine statement, made just prior the all time legend Rumble in the Jungle (pictured above). It kind of fits this special edition:

I’m experienced now, professional. Jaws been broke, been knocked down a couple of times, I’m bad! Been chopping trees. I done something new for this fight. I done wrestled with an alligator. That’s right. I have wrestled with an alligator. I done tussled with a whale. I done handcuffed lightning, thrown thunder in jail. That’s bad! Only last week I murdered a rock, injured a stone, hospitalised a brick! I’m so mean I make medicine sick!

60K week

Not much better than the last week. Nose is bleeding, here some cough etc. The main thing is I try to do the important runs as good as always. Two times a track set and today’s 20K at close to 4.00/km tell me I’m doing good overall.
