Hard one
Special session in Arena with Jari: first 3K easy 4.00-4.05/km, then two times 3K with 5 mins in between. Each one went like 10x (200m / 35 sec, 100m 25-30 sec). First one clocked in at 9.55 total, the second one c. 10.20. The whole set was 14K. Yesterday a 9K.
