4 x mile in Arena
Tried to do five miles but managed just four: 5.25, 5.25, 5.26, 5.33 and I was done. First 1 min break, 2 mins for the rest. My back sort of suffers on mondo…. After the work out I went to the gym. I’ve been doing some stuff with weights lately.
The other day I pulled out a 3.01 1000m on Matinkylä track in heavy rain and darkness.
Otherwise it has been a quiet period ongoing. Maybe just 30-50Ks for the last 6-7 weeks. We’ve been remodeling our bathroom so I haven’t even had shower and other basic facilities available. But from now on it should be the open road again!
