Two nights ago the first set in Arena for the Winter season. Bought 10 entries for a hefty 80 euros. Hope it is worth it.
Miles went 5.20, 5.26, 5.32, 5.35, 5.32 meaning avg about 5.29 or 3.26/km. I am quite far from good shape. It was all pain and tears from the second mile onwards. I am so happy now I did them all. After the third one I was very close to quit…
