Yesterday I decided a target for this season: Helsinki City Marathon. No more, no less.
For the last few weeks my training was completely off the track. Last night did a better 20K+. I need to get into shape for the marathon again. Minimum goal is PB, which means 2.50. In hopes is to do sub 2.40. The absolute minimum in killer wind or other sick conditions is Boston qualifier, which stands at 3.10 or something.
