Following instructions <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.insanelymac.com\/index.php?s=b78d6bcb35dc758acc6676794ab1b943&amp;showtopic=67509&amp;pid=479731&amp;st=0&amp;#entry479731\">here<\/a> I was able to do the job in an hour or so. Not bad considering there was a bunch of command line stuff involved. I was lost just two times in the process,  but quickly recovered to the right path&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I am very happy I did it. Now my iPhone has, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scandinavian characters (\u00e4 \/ \u00f6 \/ \u00e5)<\/li>\n<li>Option to turn international data roaming off (relevant in Europe)<\/li>\n<li>European time system (14:00 instead of 2:00 pm)<\/li>\n<li>iTunes Wifi store where I just bought Kent&#8217;s Musik Non Stop&#8230;.
