Disaster. 5 x 1000m in 3.27,  3.22, 3.21, 3.24 and 3.12 (full speed, sort of). Breaks about 1 mins, except the last one 2+. I have a long way to go to get myself in decent running shape again. I just haven&#8217;t had time to run. I should shave off 10-15 secs from these.<\/p>\n<p>Three nights ago I tried 2Ks on the home route: 6.40, 6.47, 6.50, 6.47. The last one was the surprise. I was about to forget about it and leave after two, then decided to push forward. But was it any better than Otaniemi today?
