Great training run in great weather. This was the third time in a row I take this small-scale run home. First 12K or so ran constant easy speed with Tapio Talvitie, then chased down and passed the leader in a few fast kilometer. The last few again somewhat winding down.<\/p>\n
Running started to look better on Tue when I did 7K in 3.31\/km avg. on Lepp\u00e4vaara’s inva track with Vane and Mankku. Then a major uphill run on Friday in Grenoble.
