Had days off,  but also good performance sessions and long ones. Today tried a certain 1520m route in Kilo three times: 4.57,  5.03 and 4.56. It was a bit too fast to do five which I originally thought. Anyway, in March I had troubles doing these under 5.20 so there has been definitely progress&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Three days ago I did three times 10k within 12 hours. First one around Lauttasaari 36.20, in which I felt burned after some 20 mins. A week or two ago did 37.04 so progress also there. Due to construction there is some extra distance compared to Lauttasaari-run, which I did in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.valimaki.com\/?p=813\">35 mins sharp<\/a> last fall.
