Running is good, but my back needs rest

Last night an excellent 25K to Espoo central park and back. The 4K-something route went in 18.15 and 18.10. Measured Ks were sub 4 minutes. Feet were ok this morning. What can I say? Running is my business and business is good.

However, today I was helping in eCross, a major cross-country running event for our club. Right when I came I lifted a large box of bananas and the back just hurt badly! It is the same thing that started before the 10000m race. I thought it was ok since I didn’t feel anything during the great run yesterday. I should have been more careful. I can only hope that another day or two of rest will help.
