Tonite five times a mile in Arena: 5.25, 5.22, 5.25, 5.39, 5.28 with 1-2 mins in between. Equals to c. 3.20-3.30 per km. The fourth one I had to do easier. Right now, just few hours since the workout, my legs feel very sore. I also did some gym after the session.
Best news: the knee said absolutely nothing!
