My interest in Hugo Chavez started when I saw a document about the coup attempt in 2002. The document showed how US-supported conservatives just thought to have another latin-style coup but miserably failed to count in how popular Chavez really was. I’d say the whole world was lucky since Hugo Chavez is the guy who came to make international politics interesting again. So here goes my sincere congratulations to the man in the red Beetle after another electoral victory. Sorry for the US press and their negative trash, the people of Venezuela have spoken. There will be at least another 6 years of fun ahead!
