Finally nice sunny weather and +22 degrees so decided to go to Munkinpuisto to check the pace. Half point in 5.17 and the second half faded into 5.35. Just can’t hit it fast at the moment. Need obviously some mile or 2K repeats. Back in spring 2012 it went in 10.36.
