Updated iPhone firmware to 1.1.4 (a week old or so) and opened it up with the latest ZiPhone. 10 mins for restore, 5 mins for ziphone, and 10 mins for sync (including 4 gigs of music). This can not become any easier. Hackers simply own the iPhone by now.
