A really hard week!

Ran every day. First some recovery from Länsiväylä. Mon 3K, tue 5K, wed 7K, thu 9K. Then fri a 20K workout with 3 x 1000m at inva in 3.16, 3.09, 3.03 if I remember correct. Sat another 5K and now sun 26K total with a training 21.1K in 1.22.07 (a run called “Keskuspuisto – Olari kierros”). It’s just 75K total but the quality in the two hard ones was high indeed.
