This week produced 71K, needed to be a little bit easier compared to the previous two. On saturday did the Elmo’s test in Siikava: 12.39 (splits 6.15 and 6.23). Could have been better on the way back. Last year did 10 secs quicker just before the 15.53 5000m race. Now I’m planning to do a 3000m test race tomorrow and a 5000m in some 10 days afterwards…
