A 2hrs run, no races

I took care of our children today and skipped the 1500m. Instead, I wandered around 2hrs up to Kauniainen or Grani for short. There is an ok 2.3K route on top of Kasavuori, which I circled. My feet felt a little damaged after 1.30 so it definitely makes sense to take more of these long ones now if I want to complete a succesful marathon. Maybe I should skip track races altogether…
