A long break in updates. Been busy with homebuilding, the usual company stuff, and in January got influenza. Finally recovered and yesterday night managed to run an okay 5K. Could I get into shape again before the summer? It’s a tall order to be able to do 20K+ runs and tempo at competitive speed. At least achilles and knee issues are history for now and running conditions are okay in southern Finland. The little snow and ice we had has pretty much melted away.
