Reset

I had been mentally down for a month, basically since recovered from the flu. Couldn’t do more than occasional 5 to 10K runs. Yesterday went out with Vane to see the state of the union around Mankkaa golf course. 8 x 1K turned into 4 x 1K and 4 x c.750m. Set went like 3.29, 3.25, 3.29 (dropped already 100m behind), 3.32 all with 1 min breaks and the rest like 2.30 each with 3 mins breaks.
