Yesterday a fun relay race with a bunch of colleagues from the Helsinki University of Technology. I did my 400m lap unofficially in 60.1 – that damn one-minute barrier! That was also my unofficial personal best. Another good news is that we won the race.
Monday night a very good 7K in Jyväskylä with some speeding included. Sunday produced 9K and the last week total was 73K.
