Knee signalling again…

Last weekend tried 800m: first lap 675, but on the second I felt like there was something in my right feet, and eased a little bit: 69 sec, totalling 2.16 something (still a personal best). The next day then brought in the nasty surprise: increasing pain in my right kneee again and also some pain on top of the foot towards the ankle. WTF? Fortunately, just two more days off and the pain was gone. Two days ago I ran a fast-paced 20K and today a 12K. Both went ok. I take the knee signal as a warning sign: one should not do too much training on track!

It is now 0:10 am. In some six hours I’ll leave to the airport and head to Atlanta for 5 days. My hope is I can make at least a run or two while there.
